We are looking for talented individuals to be part of our Digital Experience Design team as a Sr. User Experience Designer.

Essential Functions:
Conceptual development of convergent digital experiences. Organizes the design of project functionality, architecture, UI, content and navigation, while visually integrating and enhancing elements associated with technology teams for delivery.
Experience managing content experience alongside UX and visual experiences. Includes content intent, modeling, curation processes.
Persona and journey development defined by digital experiences and touchpoints, with translation to how they both come to life for end user engagement.
Coordinate with other teams to advise on UX and digital design strategy and efficient (best-in-class) tactics for the UX/Design/Visual development discipline.
Conduct primary research and facilitate user testing for project and client insights.
Ensures quality and delivery of all UX deliverables for team and business
Coordinate with assigned cross-discipline project team(s) more specifically, to consult with designers, strategy and application developers to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and on budget and conforming to strategy.
Thinks strategically in the UX and design of digital experiences. Helps establish and maintain quality and award-winning work that goes beyond design and cuts through to brand image and identity.
Implement technical requirements of online projects; participate in technical conversations or consultation with the client team (internal & client-facing).
Work closely with VP Experience Design to document and uphold efficient, best-in-class processes for UX and Digital Design practice(s).
Collaborate on vision and strategy for UX team with VP Experience Design for practice, tools, and business building efforts
Be keenly aware of what is current in the market and industry influences.
Contribute to new business pitches.
Strives to meet assigned deadlines. Alerts project manager if deadlines cannot be met for any reason, or if an extension is required.
Education/Experience:
Four year degree or equivalent work experience
6-8 years' experience in a User Experience role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Expert knowledge of UX/UI design across digital mediums
Expert knowledge of Digital Accessibility
Expert knowledge of web-based QA processes
Strong visual design skills
Prior experience mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences
Knowledge of HTML5
Knowledge of CSS3
Analytical / Problem-Solving Abilities
Ability to provide direction and guidance for all digital experiences including UX and visual Experience developing all types of web applications developing user interfaces for mobile applications
Understanding of SEO techniques
Strong understanding of how UX applies to analytics and goal measurement
Interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team
Able to react to aggressive timetables
Strong attention to detail and oral communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and try new ways of doing things
