The Revance Aesthetics Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager will support the Sr. Director of Marketing in Aesthetics to prepare the brand for a product launch in the highly competitive aesthetics market. This role will help ensure critical elements of the marketing mix are skillfully planned and executed. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing marketing and advertising initiatives, serving as a project manager, attending and planning meetings, managing agency partners, executing brand campaigns and other strategic imperatives, and working across functions to ensure launch readiness.
Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Product Manager/ Sr. Product Manager responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute professional (i.e., healthcare professionals) marketing plans to prepare for launch and deliver differentiated value to our customers to help meet company goals.
- Build and execute downstream marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns targeted at professionals.
- Create sales enablement assets and tools to support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Lead projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies and ensure coordination across workstreams and successful completion.
- Support competitive intelligence monitoring activities and facilitate communication across the broader commercial team.
- Coordinate brand presence at key congresses and meetings.
- Create and track vendor and partner agreements/contracts for brand initiatives and manage expenses within budgeted expense categories.
- Interface with an internal creative agency to initiate and manage projects through completion.
Candidate/Cultural FitThe candidate should have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed with a preference toward working collaboratively in a cross-functional team organization. This role requires the ability to effectively work across functions and departments to succeed under continually changing circumstances. The ability to think big but at the same time rolling up the sleeves to execute. Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
EducationBachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing or Advertising Preferred
Other concentrations considered contingent upon relevant professional experience
Experience- 3-6 years of professional and/or consumer marketing (and/or sales) experience
- Pharmaceutical, device, biotech experience necessary. Aesthetics experience necessary. Facial injectable experience preferred.
