Justworks is seeking a Product Manager (level 2) for our Hours team. Since becoming a part of the Justworks brand in 2020, the Hours team has been focused on building one of the markets leading automated products for time and attendance. Hours combines a suite of time tracking & insights tools across web and mobile to help deliver on the Justworks mission of making it easier for entrepreneurs to start, run, and grow their business.
Product Managers are responsible for strategy, scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs. The ideal candidate can get to know their customers deeply, collaborate with cross-functional peers and move through the design thinking process in an agile, iterative way.
This position will work closely with an engineering manager, a product marketing manager and a product designer, and will report into the Justworks Hours general manager.
