Overview

Guggenheim is looking for an experienced professional in the finance industry to join a team who has actively been managing the LIBOR Transition project including project planning, data management, reporting and preparation of external communication.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in investment management industry, financial services or finance
  • Proficient in data management including data aggregation, analysis, reconciliation and review to identify trends and exceptions.
  • Experience in report development and construction. Report management on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc schedule.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial products including CLO's, preferreds and derivatives
  • Experienced in working with front, middle and back office
  • Comprehensive understanding of the various functions related to the lifecycle of a trade/portfolio
  • Proven experience with working with financial applications and tools, and collaborating with IT.
  • Project management experience including project planning, risk management and issue resolution.
  • Strong business decision making background including ability to identify alternatives and develop benefit-based recommendations.
  • Strong communication and client presentation skills.
