NetMotion Software is looking for an IT Systems Specialist to join our Seattle office team. This team member is both our first responder to support corporate end users and performs IT systems tasks and management across all corporate infrastructure systems. This role will work closely both with our Systems and Network Engineers to provide implementation, configuration, optimization, and validation for a wide variety of IT infrastructure projects.
This role is mix of both managing and resolving corporate end-user help requests and performing systems administration work including installing, configuring, documenting, validating, and maintaining corporate IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to grow in areas of ownership and responsibility for administering core corporate technologies areas including: Windows Imaging, VMWare clustering, Networking, Active Directory, Exchange, and more.
This position will participate in an on-call rotation to provide infrequent but as-needed after-hours support to triage and escalate incidents when appropriate. The candidate may be required to participate in scheduled, planned after-hour maintenances.
