The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a wide variety of Human Resource operational activities. Specific duties include recruitment, retention, benefits, safety, performance management, employee policy, payroll, records management, and legal compliance. This position interacts with a diverse group of internal employees, as well as all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to customer service and quality Human Resource practices with the ability to balance a variety of demands and priorities and can deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.

Required skills, licenses, knowledge, experience or abilities:

1. Above average ability to communicate with a diverse workforce.

2. College level courses or degree in business or human resources.

3. Knowledge and experience in payroll administration and software, Paylocity a plus.

4. Skilled in use of computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

5. Bilingual preferred

6. Knowledge and experience in Federal and State employment laws.
