Designs, codes, documents, and maintains analytics and related artifacts in support of HVHC's mission. Provides analytic, measurement, and technical leadership within the HVHC Program Management Office (PMO).

• Designs, codes, documents, and maintains software systems in support of the mission with an emphasis on clinical measures - 40%
• Collaborates with project stakeholders to develop specifications for proposed computer programs; participates in team brainstorming sessions; advises on the technical feasibility of proposed approaches - 20%
• Analyzes programming and software issues relative to system analysis, data management, and data analysis requirements - 20%
• Collaborates on analytic planning / execution and organize results into reports and data sets as required for various technical and clinical audiences - 10%
• In conjunction with colleagues, evaluates and interprets findings and clearly communicates them to internal and external audiences - 10%
