This is a remote position, but has the option of working from our Cambridge, Massachusetts office, which is accessible by public transportation.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a full-time Data Quality Analyst to join our data management and quality assurance team, part of our larger Population Health research team. Youll be responsible for the review of data for outliers and inconsistencies, youll assist in creating dynamic data visualizations and reports to improve the quality of incoming and processed data, and youll assist in the release of data to improve services and systems and inform policy decisions. Interest in the health care and public health field and working with health care insurance claims data is essential.
Were looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, and someone who listens and contributes to a sharing of diverse perspectives. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate complex health insurance claims information to a non-analyst audience both in meetings and in writing; who manages work across multiple timelines; and who develops and maintains detailed quality health care claims information to communicate to clients, data users, and coworkers.
Due to the nature of this workinvolving large datasetssecure, reliable access to the internet is required.
