Customer Support Team Assistant (Part-time)

As a Customer Support Team Assistant, you will fill an important role supporting the Client Service team to help ensure all account data is valid and up to date as well as contributing to our overall mission of protecting life and property.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete customer requests at the direction of the Customer Support team

  • Input information in our database

  • Ensure all client account entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations

  • Provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing and other administrative support

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
