Contact Center Manager will seek to fulfill our vision by Making a Difference in the lives of members and employees, and will direct the operations of the Contact Center and iTeller team.
The Contact Center Manager directs the operations of the Contact Center ensuring organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans are met. The Contact Center Manager develops staff through coaching and engagement. The Contact Center Manager manages day-to-day activities. The Contact Center Manager will be expected to cover staffing needs and help in other daily roles as needed.
