About The Role:

We are searching for an Accreditation Agency Partner Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of internal onboarding processes as it relates to the accreditation of agents to include performing Secondary Risk review, interviews in person or through virtual, and Final review for approval recommendation. Travel by the Agency Partner Specialist to the agency locations might be required to perform on site operational audits. In this position, you will also assist in the processing of all incoming forms from ARC's agency customers as they relate to the Accreditation process. You will serve as a backup to all functions within the department. A high level of productivity and teamwork is expected from the Agency Partner Specialist due to the high volume transactional nature of the Accreditation department.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Perform Secondary Risk review of applications of other analysts based on set rules and processes. This will entail understanding corporate structures, business models of travel agencies, as well as new and emerging risks within the industry.
  • Support processing of all accreditation processes as it relates to the agency life cycle (ex. Onboarding, ownership changes, agency profile update, affirmation, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule and execute all types of accreditation visits, including new Travel Agent applicants, changes of Agency ownership and necessary operational audits.
  • Perform custom reporting as it applies to performance of the department to internal customers (i.e. billings to finance, affirmations, etc.)
  • Perform Final Review prior to approval of applications of other analysts based on set rules and processes.
  • Serve as a backup to all functions within the department.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in relevant field, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Travel or Service industries
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and other commonly used software packages
  • Knowledgeable in Office 365
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence preferred
